London's best HIIT & core training class 

What is it?  


Join Rowan and a bunch of other awesome people like you every Wednesday from 7:45pm.  This 1-hour signature workout includes interval cardiovascular training plus strength training and it's completely free. 


Our workout will shock your body in the most efficient way to lose weight and tone and sculpt your muscles.  There is high energy music and the class is so much fun that you'll want to keep coming back for more every week.  You can use your MyZone heart rate monitor to measure your heart rate throughout the class on the big screen.

Am I fit enough?  


Trainergy welcomes everyone and we're on this journey to fit together.  Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and the music, energy and atmosphere will leave you feeling absolutely pumped afterwards.  It's free too so you can bring your friends and family along.


What should I bring?


Bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water.  

You should also bring your buddies along, they'll love it!

Please note, you must wear sports clothing and sports trainers.

If you're not a member of The Fit Club in Northwood Hills, you MUST bring your photographic ID to be allowed into the class. 

Don't forget your MyZone heart rate monitor so that you can check how you're doing against everyone else in the class. 

How much does it cost?

NOTHING.  It's free, and you don't even have to be a member of The FIT Club to join.

Joining is easy, simply book your spot in the class.  Spaces are limited and will be given on a first come first served basis.
